Ways to Get Rid of Dead Skin from the Face & Body

  • Brown Sugar: Take some brown sugar and mix it with oil. Apply this mixture on the skin and scrub in a circular motion for some time. Rinse it off using lukewarm water. If you are planning to exfoliate the skin of your body, increase the quantity of the ingredients. You should repeat this process once or twice a week.

Raw sugar works best to exfoliate the dead skin on the body and face, as its texture is coarser, and it can remove the dead skin cells within a short span of time. The scrubbing action also enhances blood circulation and makes the skin more soft and supple.

  • Baking Soda: Prick a Vitamin E capsule and add that oil to Baking soda. Add a few drops of water to this mixture till a paste with medium consistency is formed. Now you need to apply this paste on your damp face and scrub in a circular motion for 2 to 3 minutes. Wash off with water. For best results, repeat the process once a week.
  • Epsom Salt: Take some Epsom salt and mix it with essential oil and coconut oil. Transfer this mixture to an air-tight glass bottle and store it. Whenever you want to use, take some amount of this scrub and apply all over your face and body. Wash everything using tepid water. You must use this scrub once a week to exfoliate the dead skin. The salt granules are known for removing the dead skin when scrubbed gently all over the body.
