Listerine is one of the best ways of treating dandruff. In fact, during the ’50s, the manufacturers of Listerine marketed this product as a cure for treating the scalp issue. This mouthwash has a strong antifungal property which helps in killing the root cause of the problem, restoring the scalp’s health. It has thymol, eucalyptol, menthol, and methyl salicylate, which has antiseptic, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It lessens the irritation on the scalp and leaves it refreshed and cool.
